Loving Earth is a holistic space based on the principles of Ahimsa (or non-violence), where people can tap into the spiritual side of Yoga and nourish their bodies with plant-based foods.
Founded by New Zealander Bree who came to India from New Zealand in 2015, starting Loving Earth Studio and Cafe in 2018 after discovering her life’s purpose. Bree’s shift to India and her decision to stay back is an evidence of her deep commitment to Yoga. By continually learning about different aspects of Yoga under different teachers in Mysore, Bali and other places around the globe, she gives herself a well-rounded range and depth of knowledge that she always shares with her students.
She is a very warm and passionate teacher who specialises in teaching Aerial, Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Pre&Post Natal and Restorative yoga. Her classes help students correct their body alignment to allow breath (our life force) to flow through with ease, bringing deeper awareness.
Loving Earth studio is a sun-lit, well ventilated space with students from all over the world.
